At Lexi Versa, we believe that communication is a basic right—not a privilege. Founded in 2024 by Manisha and Rahul Yadav, Lexi Versa has grown from a small initiative into a trusted organization with a 50 members team across India.

Our mission is to bridge communication gaps through sign language services, language solutions, sensitization training, event management, videography, and digital marketing.

Manisha Sharma is the Director of LexiVersa Translation Private Limited, with over 15 years of experience in Indian Sign Language interpretation, accessibility, and inclusive communication.

As a Child of Deaf Adults and native signer, she brings a deep understanding of Deaf culture and communication. She has interpreted legal proceedings, government programmes, corporate events, academic programmes, healthcare initiatives, conferences and cultural events.

Through Lexi Versa, she is committed to creating accessible and inclusive communication solutions that enable Deaf individuals to participate fully and equally across sectors.

Rahul Yadav is a Director at LexiVersa Translation Private Limited, with over 5 years of professional experience in Indian Sign Language interpretation and accessibility services.

He has worked extensively with multinational corporations, government organisations, NGOs and the corporate sector, providing professional sign language interpretation across diverse settings.

With a strong understanding of Deaf culture and sign language, Rahul has significant experience working closely with Deaf communities across different regions and grassroots settings.

Shweta Kumar is an Indian Sign Language Instructor with professional experience in ISL teaching, communication support and accessibility-focused learning environments.

She has taught Indian Sign Language to children with special needs and has also worked as a freelance ISL translator, creating accessible educational and awareness content for Deaf audiences.

Through her work, Shweta supports inclusive education, effective communication and greater accessibility, helping learners and Deaf communities connect through clear and meaningful sign language.

Abdul Mateen is the General Secretary of the Prayagraj Division Association of the Deaf, with strong experience in leadership, communication, management and community advocacy.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications and has professional experience with IndiGo Airlines, where he developed strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Dedicated to the welfare and empowerment of the Deaf community, Abdul has actively contributed to Deaf youth leadership, human rights awareness and advocacy initiatives across different platforms.
